40k steps for me burns 2k caloriesdnp is bullshit only burns 200 grams fat per week, high risk for health with low reward, i would just increase my cardio to really high level, when i was leanmaxxing i was walking almost 40k steps which burns around 240 grams of fat per day also with my caloric deficit it was insane (dont start with high numbers if you are not used to it but you get the basic logic)
i was using treadmill and was unemployed of course it takes long hours it depends on how much you want it and how fast40k steps for me burns 2k calories
40k steps takes around 8 hours to walk, its almost 35km

You can’t say DNP burns x amount of fat. It’s based on your activity level and dosage. It’s calculated based on your TDEE and not your BMR.
