I’ve been lean most of my life but I put on some weight earlier this year and neglected my eating habits due to focusing on work pursuits that required all of my attention. I’ve dropped ~15 pounds and I’m currently sitting around 155 at 5’10. I feel pretty skinny as is but still have a high bf% evidently.
Not willing to do test atm since I’m planning to have kids with my fiancée in the next year or so but im open to other suggestions like sarms or peptides if it makes sense
What’s the best course of action from here?
