im pretty much a fat fuck and obviously it makes me look horrible. i dont know what to do because i guess im just shit at controlling myself as ive been desperetly trying to lose weight for like 5 years or some shit and if anything ive just gained more. im sick of this shit and im reaching the point where ill literally do anything it takes including stuff which could probably be considered an ed.
ive tried every fucking trick in the book nigga so dont comment some shit like "drink more water" like does anyone have genuine advice that will slim me down
