NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT

been on a weight loss since February (break up)
(17 years old, 178 cm)
Starting weight: 90kg / 198lb
Current weight: 76.8kg / 169lb
Goal weight: <65kg / <143lb

-On Levothyroxine (T4) 50mcg for 2 months (cope?)
-Calorie deficit
-Zone 2 cardio every day for 1 hour

?- Currently at 76.8kg, what weight should i be at? And what should I do / take to accelerate the loss?

I think around 68-70kg should be optimal weight for you if you go gym also can u show your body
 
nice progress dude mirin, make sure you eat enough protein and GET YOUR MICRONUTRIENTS IN. if you ignore micros you will be miserable and less likely to hit ur goal weight, what are ur maintenance cals and how many do u eat??

thanks bro. I take multivitamin everyday so thay should be covered (maybe?). I eat lunch and dinner, both usually rice + chicken. maybe a snack here and there. no idea on exact cals but probably around 1000-1400? maintenance probably around 1900-2000

Yeah you’re kinda fucked you seem “skinny fat”. Go into caloric deficit around 400cals and start gym maxxing so you burn more fat

i know its a bit pricey but invest in MyFitnessPal, otherwise use cronometer.
 
yazio is free and also very good I used it to clean bulk
havent heard about it but also "Lose It!" is good apparently. Cronometer is best but kinda complex

honestly it’s not about weight fully its more about bf and how you look and feel. so just keep losing weight and see when u wanna stop is what i would do
