I will go over 2 methods one to nuke appetite another to increase basal metabolic rate (referred to as BMR later)
How to nuke your appetite-
I will now rank stimulants as to which nuked my appetite the most as well as the dose/amount
1. Modafinil (200mg dose) I took this and for 10 hours I had 0 hunger cravings at all, to prevent tolerance take once ever 3-7 days
2. Ritalin (30 mg extended release) Upon taking this I had no hunger cravings however still felt as though my stomach was empty, it lasted 12 hours and on the days I have taken this I ranged from 500-1.2 cals (my BMR is around 2.8k)
3. Adderall (18mg) I had 0 hunger cravings akin to that of modafinil however it only lasted 6 hours so 2 should be taken a days as it lasts around 6 hours.
4. Decaf Coffee/Coffee I use this to treat instant hunger cravings it works very effectively for 2 hours and for some reason Decaf also works so if you have nightly hunger cravings take decaf so you can still sleep.
5. Cigarettes these don’t work especially well however you can use them for instant cravings (make sure to drink after as your body sometimes confuses dehydration and hunger) Vapes also work however not as effective
6. Cocaine works extremely well for an hour but due to price and duration I wouldn’t recommend it.
WAYS TO INCREASE BMR-
1. Clenbuterol Vastly increases BMR and you will drop Weight easily however beware that you cycle on and off to keep tolerance low. Take around 30-70 mg a day ask @karbo for more details as he has taken it.
2. Caffeine Increases BMR by 10-25% which coupled with appetite suppression is very effective however you build up a tolerance fast and won’t experience BMR increase so use weekly
