how to lower facial inflammation?

so i had rhinoplasty last summer and every time i get kenalog injections my face and nose look great but after a while the whole area looks sort of off again. This is because it has inflammation and the injections are temporarily taking away that inflammation. Would there be any good alternative to this so i don’t have to keep getting kenalog?
