Go on Amazon and search for 3 things:
Orthodontic aligners ($10)
Adjustable Headgear Reverse Pull ($23)
Regular size rubber bands ($3)

I literally just put it together today so I don't have any results yet. Also notice how I am keeping upward and forward pressure with my thumb. Unfortunately I won't be able to sleep with this but I will be able to hold it while I watch TV for 30 minutes/1 hour per day.

Edit: a few people seem to think the headgear is resting on the chin and thus not pulling the maxilla forward. To clarify, I am pushing the headgear forward with my hand at the bottom. Yes I have to hold it. Yes that is a drawback. If the slight discomfort of pushing it forward or the $22 expense of the headgear is too much of an investment for you then I won't try to convince you otherwise. The only ascension I care about is my own.

Literally just put the rubberbands around the aligners

That's not the tutorial, but can you copy and paste what this does, specifically. I have a rough idea already, but what's the detail.

What are you asking?

How to put it together or what are the effects?

How to put it together is use the rubber bands to connect the aligners to the headgear. Then bite down on the aligners and viola.

What are the effects is I can fell my lower jaw being pulled forward very strongly. The upward pressure is less than the forward pressure but there is some upward pressure as well.

its shit man
you will only pull the bring teeth forward not the maxilla
thats why everybody tries to do it with nelsons retarded dowden
it bring the maxilla forward in theory

In case this isn't super duper clear the bottom of the headgear is not resting on the chin. I am pushing it forward with my hand. Yes that is a drawback of this design that I have to sit there and hold it. But it does pull the maxilla forward.

that problem is your pulling your teeth with the aligners
your maxilla wont go forward because its too hard to move after 15

JFL at greycel.Ordering all they see. It's the problem of greycels. They are not patient at all,if you just researched your device name on looksmax you had seen it's useless. It's also why you give up too early, and you are like normies.
