How to make the most of a consultation with a maxfac?

My face is turbo recessed. I have breathing problems and bad sleep quality. I scheduled a consultation with a maxfac. I have xrays and a assesment regarding my bite and jaw from a ortho.
What happens during a first consultation? How do I make the most out of it?
Maxfac is Zarrinbal, procedure im considering right now is a bimax with ccw.

Does any one here ever stepped a foot into a maxfac office or is this site mental masturbation only? If you read this and you had a consultation with a surgeon answer the OP question please.

The assistant will take all sorts of measurements and then the surgeon will come in to talk to you and recommend a procedure. He will then talk to the secretary and provide you a quote. He will tell you what his pre procedure ritual is and about any complications that can occur.

And they don't usually like to talk about specific measurements with patients. Most maxillofacial surgeons only care about functional issues so make sure to ask him about aesthetic concerns as well.
