i know some of the extrame pillers will say mew is hela a cope and its all genatics , but over time , like very long time with pressure and proper tunge poster it could change the maxilla shape a bitt at least if your in teenage and the younger the better , for me i still have some years to fix fixable looksmaxing stuff like frame and hight and a bitt of face , but myquestion is howcan i mew whle speeping . becosue ive noteced that when i wakeup, i wak up with fucking mouth opend and i guess i brathing with my mouth . im thinking about starting with mouth tape , but how can i mew while sleeping , ? ? ? eny tips could help ,( pls dont juge im new in this shit )

Put a vacuum over your lips while you're sleeping, it'll maintain strong suction, and as a plus you'll wake up with beautiful Kylie Jenner esque lips
