I got the flue and ive been so dialed in and scared this will ruin everything how can I minimize impact already taking zinc + magnesium and drinking tea and bone broth
 
I dont think you can fully minimize it, but make sure to avoid being sick, if you see any symptoms with the nose or throat, start taking immediately homeopathic pills like influcid or tonsilotren and drink more teas. That way you are not losing any gains and keep training, do not skip the gym.
