During those first 3h u will pee a lot so the fluid comes off u, after that u should just drink enough water to not be dehydrated or to not have a dry tounge no more, after ur event will probably be over u will have a mild headache and some other mild symptoms but dw also about high potassium u need to do that either way.

Eat whatever doesent have a lot of sodium in it or in like 30min u will be bloated make sure to keep pottasium higher than sodium

Also i wouldnt reccomend alcohol i never tried it
