you want to hit low weight reps of your desired muscle group. do 100 reps like its cardio. this will keep your muscles tight while you are doing cardio and weight lifting at the same time so your skin wont go loose.

lose weight slowly, fill your frame with muscles so u wont get loose skin. Its theory ive never been fat so idk

No excercise prevents it. Only losing slowly does.

I did it the wrong way when I was very young and I rapidly lost a lot of fat, which caused issues in my midface.

Never do starvation diets or extended periods of fasting for 72 hours+ (several times a month, is too much, even a 48h fast should be used sparingly).

If you lose the body fat slowly you will thank yourself in 2-3 years + you wont have to use fillers to fix facial errors.

Currently doing this with a deficit of 800-1000 purely with diet and no cardio just light lifting 2-3 days a week.

What's the ideal amount of weight loss to prevent issues with face?
