How to promote my own music

Guys i have been making music for a few weeks now but it seems like it's not working eventhough i post on youtube, soundcloud/spotify or making edits. My channel has more than 1k subs but my but none of my old subscribers are watching this because it's a completely different genre than what I used to make.
Should I just give up on posting links and try making short clips on TikTok, or is there a better way to get real people to click on my stuff?

It's a hybrid math rock + breakcore track, so it's definitely a bit chaotic and niche, but the fast drum chops might actually go crazy for a high-energy or glitch-style edit so idk if you can edit it or not
