Introduction:
Forward growth is one of the most important aspects of facial aesthetics in both genders, yet the profile is often considered less important than the front, even when both are equally important, especially since forward growth greatly influences frontal harmony, particularly in the eye area. The method I designed to measure your forward growth is based on the projection of each profile area (browridge, chin, nose, etc.) relative to its distance to the tangus, compared with the distance from the more prominent point of the eyeball to the tangus.

An example of Chad Forward Growth all around (The straighter profile I can find from him):
1774026819589

Eyeball to Tangus Distance: 1.0
Upper Forehead(At hairline height): 1.05 (Ideal)
Browridge: 1.25 (Forward Browridge)
Nasion: 1.21 (Good Projection)
Nose Projection at eyeball Height Distance from eyeball (Very Important): 0.27 (Very Deep set eyes)
Nose Maximal projection: 1.47 (Not too high or too low)
Nose Base: 1.26 (On the ideal range compared to the chin and browridge value)
Upper lip: 1.27 (Slightly forward than the nose base, good, maybe a little more projection)
Lower Lip: 1.26 (Same level than the nose base, ideal)
Mentolabial Fold: 1.19 (Good forward growth)
Chin: 1.25 (Same length than the browridge, ideal)

An example with a Recessed Jaw:
1774026906515

Eyeball to Tangus Distance: 1.0
Upper Forehead (At hairline height): 0.88 (Recessed Neurocranium, Brutal)
Brownridge: 1.13 (Could be more developed)
Nasion: 1.12 (Same that with the browridge)
Nose Projection at eyeball Height Distance from eyeball (Very Important): 0.17 (Normal, average)
Nose Maximal projection: 1.39 (Could be Slightly Higher)
Nose Base: 1.17 (Higher than the browridge, still low projection in relation to the eyes)
Upper lip: 1.15 (Less projected than the nose base, bad)
Lower Lip: 1.06 (Too underprojected in relation to the upper lip, also bad)
Mentolabial Fold: 0.9 (Distance lower than the eye distance, brutal)
Chin: 0.92 (I don’t even need to explain this, JFL at that chin)

Important: Facial depth plays a huge role on how your profile looks, Your facial depth to height ratio should at least be 1.2

An example with a Flatcel:
1774026948911

Eyeball to Tangus Distance: 1.0
Upper Forehead (At hairline height): 0.93 (Slightly recessed neurocranium, but not that bad, still a fail)
Brownridge: 1.19 (Normal, could be better)
Nasion: 1.19 (Same visual projection than the brow ridge, bad)
Nose Projection at eyeball Height Distance from eyeball (Very Important): 0.19 (Average eye deepness, still could be better)
Nose Maximal projection: 1.47 (Good, similar to Cavill’s)
Nose Base: 1.26 (Also good)
Upper lip: 1.25 (Upper lip sits slightly behind the nose base, slight failo)
Lower Lip: 1.2 (Good in relation to Upper lip but not in relation to Nose Base)
Mentolabial Fold: 1.18 (Good Projection in relation to the eyes)
Chin: 1.23 (Same Here)

BUT

Brutal Facial Depth to Height Ratio
1774026983249

Mogged, and his facial depth to height ratio is not even that crazy

1774027022242

An example of a subhuman with Both a bad facial Depth and a bad forward projection in relation to the eyes (True recessed flatcel):
1774027060098
1774027073511

Eyeball to Tangus Distance: 1.0
Upper Forehead (At hairline height): 0.85 (Recessed neurocranium, Brutal)
Brownridge: 1.08 (Almost flat, the eyes stick out more)
Nasion: 1.05 (Same situation than with the browridge)
Nose Projection at eyeball Height Distance from eyeball (Very Important): 0.08 (Bug eyes)
Nose Maximal projection: 1.29 (Bad)
Nose Base: 1.11 (Recessed)
Upper lip: 1.11 (Recessed)
Lower Lip: 1.07 (Recessed)
Mentolabial Fold: 0.99 (Very bad)
Chin: 0.97 (Brutal)

He also haves a horrible facial depth (Fucking over, no amount of hardmaxing can save him)

Other Examples:

Chico:

1774027110426
1774027116426

Facial depth to height ratio: 1.2
Eyeball to Tangus Distance: 1.0
Upper Forehead (At hairline height): 0.94
Brownridge: 1.21
Nasion: 1.15
Nose Projection at eyeball Height Distance from eyeball (Very Important): 0.17
Nose Maximal projection: 1.42
Nose Base: 1.27
Upper lip: 1.32
Lower Lip: 1.32
Mentolabial Fold: 1.24
Chin: 1.27

Sean O’Pry
1774027126029
1774027133492

Facial depth to height ratio: 1.22
Eyeball to Tangus Distance: 1.0
Upper Forehead (At hairline height): 1.21
Brownridge: 1.27
Nasion: 1.19
Nose Projection at eyeball Height Distance from eyeball (Very Important): 0.25
Nose Maximal projection: 1.38
Nose Base: 1.18
Upper lip: 1.21
Lower Lip: 1.1
Mentolabial Fold: 1.02
Chin: 1.05

Jordan Barret:
1774027154822
1774027161507

Facial depth to height ratio: 1.45
Eyeball to Tangus Distance: 1.0
Upper Forehead (At hairline height): 1.07
Brownridge: 1.19
Nasion: 1.15
Nose Projection at eyeball Height Distance from eyeball (Very Important): 0.16
Nose Maximal projection: 1.37
Nose Base: 1.24
Upper lip: 1.28
Lower Lip: 1.23
Mentolabial Fold: 1.11
Chin: 1.16

Ideal Ranges (In my opinion):
Facial depth to height ratio: 1.2-1.3
Eyeball to Tangus Distance: 1.0
Upper Forehead (At hairline height): 1.0-1.1
Brownridge: 1.2-1.3
Nasion: 1.15-1.2
Nose Projection at eyeball Height Distance from eyeball (Very Important): 0.2-0.25
Nose Maximal projection: 1.4-1.5
Nose Base: 1.2-1.3
Upper lip: 1.25-1.3
Lower Lip: 1.2-1.25
Mentolabial Fold: 1.15-1.2
Chin: 1.2-1.3

Other Notes about this:
  • Ideally, the Chin and Browridge projection should be exactly or close to the same like on Henry Cavill’s Profile
  • The Nose base measure should be slightly higher than the chin and brow ridge measure, if not the profile will look concave
  • Nose Projection at eyeball Height Distance from eyeball:
  1. Deep Set Eyes: ≥0.2
  2. Normal set Eyes: 0.1-0.2
  3. Hollow Set Eyes (Bug Eyes): ≤0.1

But wath do you think about this?:
Wath would you suggest to change about this system?
I might make a V2 of this in the future, based on any correction you could give.
