So I think I have low T, but I’m not sure, I have a high body fat (18%), and am 135 pounds at 5’10, with relatively low muscle mass. But I have no problems with erections and have a normal sex drive, I also shoot massive loads, and I’m strong for a guy my size. Reason I think I’m Low T is because I’m slightly skinny fat, have trouble waking up, and lose motivation to do things pretty quickly. And I have slight bingo wings (fat under biceps) Also can’t grow any facial hair unless I let it grow for a few months and then it just looks like inch long pubes on my chin and moustache. I’m pretty sure my T levels are at least below average, any way I could raise them? Last year when I was working out most days and eating healthy food I felt great and my T levels were likely average or above average, then I stopped that and stayed around the same weight but lost muscle and gained fat, now I feel like shit and can barely get out of bed. Should I just start eating clean and working out often again? Is that all it will take?
