How to raise zygos

How can I fix low set zygos. They are fucked rn. Very very low set. Any known fixes? Searched but js found some Fuckass using his pen to push on the underside of his zygos. Cope method imo.

The only ways are mse/maxilla expend
or fillers
idk how old are you but check out with a doctor I would say you cant get mse/maxilla expend because you are fine your upper jaw is good
if you wanna look into fillers I would say wait till you are 18-20
your face is great I wish I was blessed with a maxilla like yours
