no, creatine in meat is way too low dosed, u need 20-30 g, why dont u consume sugar or caffeine?

Because its autumn/ winter and theres no sugar sources available anymore and caffeine isn’t natural
 
if no work: cold shower, take a walk in forest and drink alot
if you got work: crying session in cold shower
