how to reduce sleep

i feel active only with 10+ hrs of sleep but then it gets hard to take time out for gymcelling and other irl shit
if I force myself to sleep 8 hours will my body acclimatize or something

do the clock method.

set up an alarm early, (EXAMPLE : 5 am )
then yk your gonna press stop
then thats where u set a second alarm for when you need to wake u[ where you'll actually wake up and be ready for
