Taper the Dose (4–6 weeks)
Do not go from 400 mg straight to zero. Drop gradually:

Run a Proper PCT

For most beginners who are serious about long-term results and actually want to keep what they build, 9–12 month first cycle is the superior choice.

TRUE structural hypertrophy ramps up and begins at 8-10 weeks and gets stronger throughout month 4-12. Only running it for a 20–30 week cycle is coming off at the part where most permanent gains are happening.

But perhaps 20-30 weeks is better for hyper responders.

do you think a 1 month cycle 1-2x yearly is good or should i run what you suggested to avoid future harm?

hCG is so incredibly cheap it makes sense to only run it continuously on cycle.

I didn't run it for the first 11 weeks. But there are 2 new sources I found that have it for such a great price, it makes it a no brainer to add it.

You can't really test for hCG, just gotta feel your balls make sure they feel full or plump. If they don't, up from 750 IU's to 1,000.

hCG is dirt cheap. 60,000 IU's for $100 USD.

If you can avoid atrophy, it's best to avoid it.

Masteron and Primo are good for E2 management but Primo is stupid expensive for what you get, and Masteron is not good for men who are dealing with norwoods and any DHT-related hairloss.

Testosterone will be doing 95% of the work for muscle growth even if you added Mast or Primo.

5 is the minimum. So you do 400 / 5 that's how much mg you will inject throughout the week.

I used to do twice a week, it was horrible, the worst hormonal spikes and bloat you could imagine.

Yeah I used Anavar for my kickstart when I began at 300mg of Test, 33mg daily, but honestly it gave me very minimal strength gains so that's why I didn't recommend it.

Primo I know is solid but again the pricing is way too high for very MINIMAL gains.

True about the RU, but DHT is already increasing from your new Supra T levels. 10-15% of your new 2000-2500ng of Test will convert to DHT. Fin will block 70% of that but the absolute number will still be higher than before.

That was very stupid lol. HUGE welts/lumps. They are entirely harmless but ugly.

Once I switched to Test Cypionate I have little to no bumps at all. Injecting into ass cheek has been a great spot same with into my hips. 90% of my injections are painless.

I saw a horror story on IM but to be fair he was retarded.

He kept injecting into the SAME SPOT and didn't rotate and built up so much scar tissue he needed surgery :lul:

I highly recommend SubQ if you want to do pinning long term. I pin a lot now, so I enjoy everything being SubQ.

mostly because daily pinning gets annoying. Like i know people just run hcg for 2-3 months twice a year. costs less with needles, syringes, etc. I feel like the more simple your routine is the better.

Domestic suppliers are really good, check your body building forums they usually have verified sources there.
 
hCG is so incredibly cheap it makes sense to only run it continuously on cycle.

I didn't run it for the first 11 weeks. But there are 2 new sources I found that have it for such a great price, it makes it a no brainer to add it.

Taper the Dose (4–6 weeks)
Do not go from 400 mg straight to zero. Drop gradually:

Why Being Natural Is Cope

There is NOTHING Natural about modern society.

Anyone who says they want to try the "natural" way to raise T or moralsplain to you on why you should not take Exogenous Hormones, tell them that next time they get infection, don't take antibiotics, those aren't natural, in fact, none of modern medicine, so just die to an infected cut. Cars? Very unnatural, use a horse, or better yet, walk.

But they won't, because cars, and other unnatural things are convenient. Injecting Exogenous Testosterone is not only MORE convenient but it's even SUPERIOR to Endogenous Testosterone.

People every day take advantage of the most unnatural habits, do not join them in their sheep-like delusions. Never before have you had MORE tools at your disposal to ascend, to become a better man. Do it now or regret it. Do not aim to live the longest, down to the last second, but to live to the fullest.

You can test, but I'd aim for a high natural range.


Like 150mg-200mg a week will get you 1000-1500ng

You are scared about low test for life, but when you are scared of something you have to ask yourself why, and is your fear even valid?

When you took exogenous Testosterone, your LH and fSH both hit basically zero, mine is currently 0.1 and 0.3. This means that my body sees I have more than enough of Testosterone, so my testicles stop LH and fSH and do not produce natural Testosterone as a result. If I were to stay like this, my balls would begin to go through atrophy.

Now you can avoid ALL of what I stated by taking something called hCG while on cycle. hCG will REPLACE what LH was doing, it doesn't enhance LH, it BECOMES your LH, which keeps your balls plump, full, and capable of natural production.

You have nothing to worry about in so far as you take hCG, or the more expensive option HMG which replaces both LH and FSH. But hCG is already enough.

I'd recommend you do HGH + TRT dosage of Test, you will have an enhanced puberty and will out beat your peers. But make sure you run an AI (Aromatase inhibitor) to delay the closing of your growth plates.

Bro the best price hgh i can get here in Norway is 300$ for 100iu grey so idk do you think gh peptides are gonna do something or nah

If you aren't going to run testoesterone for at least 8-12 months, don't even run it. Your body needs time to adapt to the new anaoblic environment.

At your age, Testosterone will masculinize your face and Jaw.

As for HGH, you can use the source everyone else on this forum uses, QSC. They do 500 IU's for $350 USD. And they are third party tested.
