You simply bring a shopping bag put the nail Polish inside continue shopping then u just drop ur phone in the shopping back and grab it with the nail Polish behind ur phone on ur palm

Then you put ur phone and the nail Polish in ur purse and nobody will realise

The people monitoring the cameras aren't that stupid they're gonna spot you grabbing something and not putting it back. They can even zoom in on the spot it was in before you took it & obviously see it isn't there.

They will see you grabbing the nail polish, then if you don't have it at the cashier, they will send their agents to search you...I've read a ton of reports on Romanian forums about people who were detained trying similar schemes, thinking they will get away with it(they didn't).
