How to stop blushing

Basically I can hold a conversation once I get into one and things like this. But does anyone know why in any akward or embarrassing social situations I go red in the face. If any one knows how to fix this please help, its got better over the last 2 years but also whenever an attractive girl speaks to me I go all red unless I am already friends with them. This also mainly happens in school but if I have a conversation with the same person out of school I wont go red even in embarassing situations.

i don't really think you can honestly, maybe if you did something so you were constantly red in the face then people wouldn't notice when you're blushing

If your going red everywhere ur fucked but if its only cheeks and mild redness. Its seen as a good health indicator.
