procrastination is my #1 enemy. it leads me to putting off anything and everything, schoolwork, going out with friends, chores and even training at the gym

its mentally draining and i cat see to stop it even after years. any help would be much appreciated as i cant bring myself to improvement!

Just do it idk there are no miracle fixes just do the task the hardest part of any task is standing up from the couch from there it only gets easier

make the tasks/things which allow you to procrastinate harder and the tasks/work easier (locking your phone for x amount of hours yes theres safes for these or put it far away). Your environment and the way you do work matters alot but amps will also help.
