How to stop seeking outside validation?

Since I’ll never be a Chad who slays and gets worshipped by women, as well as mogging other males, how do I finally accept being less worthy in societal/female eyes? I determine the value of man’s existence based on how physically/aesthetically superior he is to the others and his female appeal. I’m worthless based on my own axiology lol. A family, career, hobbies, legacy… all seem like a cope to me and I can't change it. Crazy that I have this life philosophy at almost 22

Solo drinking was the only thing I've enjoyed for the past few years, but I'm scared of gaining weight so I paused it. I'm also don't have access to drugs either, neither do I know which ones to take.
