If you can't tan from just being outside then try a tanning oil or something as such

tanning oil is very good spend the whole day outside you’ll garunteed to be tanned mark as solution

u said no injections but im pale too and mt1 with UV exposure did it for me

maybe just selftanner when nothing helps and u scared of needles
