I need a tan, but cant seem to obtain a tan. What are the best ways to tan

Some people just can't get tan idk why

Don't.
I honestly think people with naturally pale skin shouldn't tan much.
While naturally brown skin looks good, tanned skin doesn't. I can't pinpoint what exactly is it, but tanned skin (especially solarium tanned skin) is repelling to me even though I like natural brown skin girls a lot.
You're supposed to have a light skin. To get a nice glow take crucial vitamins such as vitamin A etc.

carotene supplements are enought to get a decent tan.
if you want to sunbath then do it, but remember sun tanning causes early aging and skin cancer.

I can't tan well either. Either forget about tanning or eat beta catotene rich foods/supps. Or fake tan. Don't fuck with the sun if you're light skinned.

Tanning is bad long-term skin strategy, makes it age faster.

Did Orb get tanned?

Eat lots of fruits and vegetables. They contain carotenoids, which give the skin an orange hue. Your skin will look better after only 6 weeks! This has been proven to work across races and look better than a natural tan. However, it does seem that it's possible to become too yellow. In a study on Asian participants, a smoothie with 250 mL of carrot juice, some fats (for proper absorption, you will want about 6 grams of fat with vegetables) and fruits didn't increase attractiveness, and participants manipulated images to about 1/3rd the yellowness of the participants.
