How to tell if bloated or buccal hypertrophy?

Past year I've been higher bodyfat and sedentary so it could be bloat but at the same time have been chewing a lot more, and masseters have grown.

Cheeks weren't exactly hollow before but I had great ogee and from some angles had good zygo show

How to tell I look like a chipmunk because of bloat or muscles? TOnight is party niggas so any tips for lASt minute debloating appreciated
