i have shit skin i want to be white how can i do it i am willing to spend 20000 rupees

Daily Skincare Routine morning and night:
Exfoliate daily with a kojic acid and lactic acid-based soap.
Exfoliate 4 times a week with 10% kojic acid.
Use a 20% vitamin C serum.
Moisturizer (CeraVe) since it already contains hyaluronic acid, u can mix it with aloe vera.
Sunscreen SPF 99 apply 10g daily (Touch it up every 2 hours)

Supplements:
Glutathione 1g
Vitamin C 1g
Vitamin E 1g

Weekly Treatment:
Chemical peel once a week.

Additional Methods:
Drink more than 5 liters of milk per day (Surprisingly, this won’t be as hard as it sounds).
Only shower with cold water and, if possible, immerse urself in an ice bath for as long as u can tolerate.
Malnutrition (starvation) Less nutrients.
Low blood volume.
Avoid sunlight (literally, no exposure).
Be overweight (Not sure why, but fat people always seem to look paler??)
Avoid carotenoids.
(eat some metal shit, so you'll turn a little blue that might look white)

The most important:
Phytic Acid 6% Mandelic Acid 15% Citric Acid 10% Arbutin 5% Azelaic Acid 20% Retinol 2% Tranexamic Acid 5% Niacinamide 20% Kojic Acid 2% Glycolic Acid 20% Lactic Acid 12%
Mix all this and apply twice a day.

Why to avoid carotenoids?
Why all this hodgepodge on chemicals when can just use hydroquinone
And no mention about msm and nac ?
