how to whiten teeth with little to no damage

Necessities:
-xray of said teeth
-50 euro/dollars for whitening trays
-toothbrush with potassium nitrate and fluoride(only for the last step)
-sub10% hydrogen peroxide
-mouthwash with fluoride

Steps:
1) before whitening, use the toothpaste and mouth for about a week
2) apply for 2 weeks(or till you like your results) the trays with a little paste in all teeth( use ear sticks to spread evenly)
3) 30 minutes will you do something else(remove if pain is too extreme)
4)wash your mouth and tray

Or just go get them whitened at a dentist for a few hundred dollars

Much easier than doing all that stuff plus save time
