It would have to look like a death of natural causes. Many toxins are legally available, for example dichloromethane, methanol and ethylene glycol. The question is, how would you administer the substance of your choice to the victim without being seen or harming yourself and people nearby? How would you make sure the victim won't call an ambulance, scream for help or draw attention otherwise?

hypothetically, in Grand theft auto San Andreas (2004) by Rockstar, i would choke them to death to avoid blood, then i would cut them into peaces, bag em, and throw it into the ocean or into a container, it should get burned together with the other trash

most toxins are detectable and/or very hard to handle. I initially caged at methanol but giving someone methanol instead of ethanol when he wants to get drunk could actually work. Problem would be that methanol poisoning is treatable if noticed early enough and idk you probably go to the doctor when you're going blind jfl.
