I have seen many people talking about how to grow taller but honestly how you can even do it ?

Many people told me to go play basketball, go swimming, do some exercises,etc.

Now I have even friends who grew after their growth plates closed and i dont even know how it is even possible

Currently I am 183 cm tall my dad is 176 cm tall and my mom is 180 cm tall

I want to know what are the best methods to grew I want to be about 195 cm tall

195cm is a far far stretch if you're 183cm at 16

First go and get an xray of your left wrist, find your bone age and come back

200mg is a high-normal trt dose and aids patients are giving 30+ ius of gh without serious side effects and gh is commonly prescribed to children

you can either PCT afterwards to regain your natural testosterone production or stay on trt

anxiliaries and stuff help on cycles but you should have no negative side effects on 200-250mg
