doesnt work. a head gear or a face mask only work because you wear it for like 18 hours a day but pullng your maxilla with a belt for half an hour a day isnt helpful your body witll just readjust everything to how it was

i wouldnt recommend it. youre doing it without anyone checking on you so if something goes wrong thats it + your body might harder the maxilla faster if the stress is misalighning the maxillas growth. stress on the maxilla should be low but consistent high amounts of stress in a short time will just cause problems.

when you go to an orthodontist and they give you a face mask that pulls your maxilla ( upper jaw) forward its usally pulled slowly on a long period of time around 1-2 years. but belt pulling is just dangerous youre putting high amounts of stress on the maxilla for a short amount of time which will just cause teeth misalighnment and assymetries in the midface.
