keep in mind im poorer than american ghetto jamal or fabio from favela.
drink coffe and 1l water in morning. eat nothing. am i retard for muhh 16 hour fast window am i torturing myself for no reason?
eat first meal on lunchtime at 13:00
second one when im going home around 17:00
arrive in gym around 18:30
shower and eat again afterwards as i shitpost on cope.me
so heres what foods i can afford and wanna make best out of this tbh.
MEAL 1
4-5 EGG OMLETTE WITH CHEESE/beans(alternating)+fish oil. whatever veggies garlic green onions kiwis etc... more the better

100g mixed nuts after job right away. hazelnuts/pumpkin seeds/walnuts. 4/4/2.
