do ab exercises consistently and across all planes. do high rep low intensity

do the forward/backward resistance ----> front abdominals, eg hanging leg raises, planks
side to side bending ----> obliques/side abs, eg planking sideways and lifting hips

and also do heavy compound movements involving core stabilization ie. russian twists, burpees, quadrobics etc.

i train 2 times a week, busy with work , school , slaying
training for a year, 2 times a week , was a fatass before this so i did a cutting while putting on muscle with high protein diet
