Hydrocortisone cream nose slimming

My nose is pretty good, except it’s quite bulbous at the tip. I have no acne and I heard hydrocortisone reduces swelling from that or something. Is it still worth using the cream to slim it down?

If u have blackhead or sebaceous filaments use salicylic acid, tret/taz, cleanse with a good cleanser for oily skin, or just accutane, for me salicylic acid makes my nose look more slim, hydrocortisone won’t do too much tbh it’s mostly cope and u risk tsw and skin thinning, what I would do is keep a good routine, and if that doesn’t help introduce it to your skin slowly and then use it when u go out and want to look better
