Can i put on hydrocortisone at 14:00? Wil the effects be the same as it would if i did it before sleep or will I just walk around w a red nose

It depends on how thin your skin on your nose. Hydrocortisone just get ride of the inflammation for a short period of time after a week of use. So it means that if you use it before you sleep, you won't see any difference when you go out in the next day.

Try it and you'll see if it becomes red or not, it'll most prob won't become red.
