hydrocortisone post rhino for swelling reduction

i got septhorino done 11 months ago with quite a bit of nose tip work, but there seems to be a lot of swelling lingering in the tip and lower bridge mind you i'm someone with thick nasal skin and seb dermatitis .
Should i start applying hydrocortisone already? or do i give it a bit more time to check the final result

I’d wait.

11 months with thick skin, tip swelling is still normal final result often takes 12–18 months.
