Hydrocortisone related question

I was thinking of using hydrocortisone to make my nose smaller. I have a rectal cream at home that contains 1.5% hydrocortisone and 1% lidocaine. Can it work the same as regular hydrocortisone cream?

Lidocaine would yield no benefit other than unnecessarily* anesthetizing your nose when you apply it.
Just get a lower concentration of hydrocortisone if you were to try this. I cannot comment on whether it works but you shouldn't use Lidocaine if you end up trying for yourself.
