Since hc slims your nose also makes ur skin tighter and more open to inflammation, would it be a good idea to start applying it in spring since the weather isn’t that cold and might not affect your nose. I mean in winter your nose is red and you also have a lot of mucus

Yeah, winter definitely makes it worse and constant nose wiping increase redness and irritation. But using hydrocortisone on the nose/face still isn’t a good idea. It can thin the skin, cause rebound redness, broken capillaries, and long-term inflammation. Any “slimming” effect is only temporary.
