Beta glucan 2 days
Added to fix skin barrier I thought it is irritation but it got worse

What caused irritation. The tret or hq. If its tret, then its just tret things. Sfop hq, continue with tret and azelaic acid and chill.


Stop tret a little bit if yoir barrier is destroyed

after some time switch to azelic acid and kojic acid

+ sunscreen ( really imp ) + basic other skin care

if its heal and goes they its cool

if not do some fractional co2 laser and chemical peels

and wait 2 to 3 months before using hq again

again start from 2 % use for 60 days

beak 60 days

witch to 4 % and do it until it lightens

and switch to other safe options after it lightens

while doing tret regularly or even using taz instead of tret after healing
