Hydroquionone caused darkening of skin

I used hydroquionone 4% on my neck and arms for 2 months till June to reduce tan then I stopped and since then I'm on accutane my whole body is paler than my arms and neck could it be caused by hydroquionone?? Ts actually frying me tf do i do

I mean ur face and neck are always going to be exposed to sunlight so they would be darker no?

My face is 2 shades paler than my neck and arms and I use spf on neck and arms too
