Hyoid lift realistic or cope?

Been doing neck curls and chin tucks for a couple of days and also fixing my posture. Wondering how much the hyoid can realistically move up with this and if the look in my edited pic is actually achievable. Posting my side profile + a photoshopped version for comparison.
