Hyoid lifting methods?

Are there truly any ways to improve a dogshit saggy hyoid (despite being low bf% so its not that), i dont trust the bs on tiktok, just wondering if its over naturally or if there's any softs for it. Not looking for surgery yet.

dont listen to this grey its not only surgical. a study done by the DoDR dept in Tokyo Medical and Dental Uni did a study on this jfl.

the study analyzed the effects of targeted resistance training on the suprahyoid muscle group.

"Following the intervention, there was a significant increase in the vertical position of the hyoid bone at rest..."

"Our results demonstrated that this training resulted in elevating the hyoid bone."

Yes i've read that study, only reason it worked is because of atrophied tensors and muscles on the submental area due to old age, a young adult even with really poor posture won't achieve that level of atrophy

that makes no sense. if an old person with terrible muscle building potential can strengthen those muscles enough to lift the bone, a young guy with high testosterone will do it way faster. if your neck is sagging at low body fat, those muscles are already out of shape from lack of use anyway, working them out will tighten the whole area and pull it up.

they're lifting it to their baseline not over it, supra and infra hyoid muscles are postural, same as calves, you can't hypertrophy them with exercise meaningfully because they're getting worked up with constant tension and movement, and because they're atrophied due to old age + poor posture, with proper management they can work them out to their, again, baseline.
 
hmmm im getting a little confused here idk if im an iqlet but you lowk just proved my original point jfl. You went from saying "only surgical" to admitting that you can change the position with muscle management, you are just calling it a baseline now.

also saying you cant grow calves or postural muscles is cope; people grow huge calves and traps all the time by actually training them with heavy weight. postural muscles are used to low tension all day, so they only grow when you hit them with rigorous, targeted resistance. and also bro if your neck is sagging at a low bf%, your current baseline is obviously weak, meaning you need to build that muscle up to pull the bone higher and tighten the skin
