Hyoid of doom

The hyoid Skin on the right side of my face is for some reason much looser/lower than on my left side. Cooking my side profile brah😭

What can i do to fix this? Is roping the only alternative jfl. Any alternatives aside from surgery?

Looking for actual advice.
