chin tucks moron
Oxymoron to call somebody a moron and recommend chin tucks in the same breath.

OP, lose weight, use fat dissolving agents, learn correct tongue posture.
Best bet is fat dissolving agents for an immediate solution.

No chronic sides that I'm aware of, maybe the feeling of nausea and/or some sort of pain/soreness following injection, but that is only acute and can be expected.
The issue is more going about safely injecting them, but I'm pretty sure that you can even get fat dissolvers done at a clinic because they are approved by the FDA. Don't quote me though, I'm not American.
Realistically, you can pretty easily do it yourself though with a few insulin syringes and proper administration.

Yo aids, I've been thinking about injecting fat dissolving agents (lipolab) in my cheeks, but I've heard that u can go blind if u hit a blood vessel, is it true and do u generally recommend injecting into the cheeks?

Aqualyx is better.
Unless you are retarded, insulin syringes won't even reach the major arteries in your face.
Just pull your skin out and use a new syringe for every injection so that you don't risk bacterial infection or hurt yourself with the blunt needle.
Don't inject inside your mouth either.

I haven't ever compared first hand, I'm going off the anecdotes of other users that have used both.
I'll order Aqualyx for my face and obliques soon enough and comment on its efficacy, then might see about getting Lipo Lab just to make a direct comparison for people.
Realistically just get like a single 8mL vial if you're only doing your face.

Thank you, that's exactly what I was thinking of how to inject. Aids never fails to help greycels out (certified aids dick rider)
