how do i fix my hyoid it looks so bad but i am 15 175 76kgs ill lose 10+ kgs is it gonna fix the hyoid or i have to train it

you can do all the hyoid training you want with neck curls and whatnot, but it won't make a big difference to your submental unless you can control the root of the tongue.
