Not even recessed, but to fix my asymmetrical maxilla id also need to twist the lower jaw to match at which point i might aswell do the full fucking trimax.

All just to fix basic fucking congestion.

In theory id need bimax to fix my underlying nasal congestive issues as a root cause. But its complete overkill because it would make my face look stupid.

Turbinate reduction is a better alternative for me
