Failed at squat today and I feel like shit. I know im ugly ethnic and short boneless without dimorphism so u can Skip commenting that

squatting heavy only ever led me to injury, only worth if naturally strong + strong ligaments and tendons + my hip flexors are fucked
only worth if star aligns like it does for this guy and then u can at least strength mog the whole gym

too emotional over lifting putting yourself down all the time and its damaging for your body how heavy you lift

Squats arent the best for hypertrophy that's right
they are great but so are step ups, on step ups you dont need a ton of weight to go heavy plus you correct imbalances since its single leg

Squats will make u 5’5 after the session
 
Stop squatting and focus on upper body. If you want to focus on actual health and challenge yourself start getting into hiit or cardio. Nobody cares about leg muscles or how much you can squat except for other ogre males.

I do Low Bar squat... That's what its done at powerlifting competitions.

This IS high bar squat with pause (what you mean)
