I've seen videos of abandoned puppies and they're like that, very timid and won't stop shaking. But when they receive love, they become confident.

It is called depression and anxiety, sorry you have it. Maybe try exercise or gymceling, that helped me keep it in check in my teens. As you can see on my username I have bipolar disorder but it started as chronic depression tendencies for no reason in my teens, plus constant anxiety, before I became bipolar in my 20s lol.

And yeah I noticed this forum especially attracts people with depression so it is going to be very over-represented here, the shitty kind where it often becomes a mental illness "for no reason".

Everyone now gets bullied for no reason, i would say im not ugly but I don’t accept that. I think I am and I hate myself. I got acne so bad I look myself in the mirror and think I need to kill myself. Life’s shit
