I am 6foot2 and weigh about 269 pounds.

What caloric deficit should I am for?
 
just do sarms + crazy crash diet maxxing
Eat 4 eggs a day, 200 grams of rice a day, 200 grams of meat a day, maybe 2 bananas a day
 
as low as possible if you don't want to diet for like a year and a half
 
Any you can maintain for more than a week, as you lose weight you need to scale the deficit accordingly.
