I just keep buying different types of Yogurt(switching between German brand, Polish brand, French brand)and meat cut. Coconut water is 100% natural in a canned bottle. Pasturised Large size eggs(sunny side up, soft boil, omellete).
Peanut butter or canned tuna, but I don't suggest eating PB for months on end, it has a distorted Omega profile (too much omega 6 compared to omega 3, it will cause havoc in your body if you don't balance it with O3 high foods like salmon).whats the best protein source when your broke
